Real Estate and Property Law
She graduated from the Faculty of Law at the university Sergio Arboleda (2013). She works in the Business Law area, in the Corporate Law team. She advises all types of companies on the design, development and reform of statutes; on reviewing and drafting shareholders, board members and boards of directors’ meetings minutes; and on the transformation, dissolution and liquidation of companies.
She also works in the Real Estate area, where she does title search, regulatory planning studies, feasibility study procedures for real estate projects before planning Secretaries of different districts entities, and procedures for construction licenses. Additionally, she consults in structuring and drafting contracts for the real estate industry.
