Lawyer from the Pontificia Universidad Javeriana, is a founding partner of ALA. He has advised various corporate clients on real estate, property, hotel and agribusiness issues as well as on infrastructure projects, urban development, horizontal property, real estate trusts, land management, and on negotiation of acquisition and sale of real estate where multiple parties are involved.
In the Business Law area, he has advised national and international companies in matters of commercial, corporate and labor law and in negotiating, structuring and drafting commercial contracts, joint ventures and distribution schemes. He advices as well on the incorporation, management and administration of companies and branches, and on all aspects of private contracting for the development of business operations of enterprises, which include resolving conflicts between partners, selection of investment vehicles, shares and quota transfers, capital increases and decreases.
He is currently the leading partner in the Real Estate and Business Law area work-team, and is responsible for structuring and reviewing his clients’ legal transactions, which exceed one hundred fifty million dollars (USD $ 150 million) annually.
